The key to a successful life is to be devoted to God. The mark of a life devoted to God is prayer. This was the big idea of my message last Sunday.
The entire message is taken from Matthew 6 where Jesus explains to His disciples how they should pray. It takes us back to the most popular prayer that has been prayed for centuries and by billions of people.
As you listen may the Lord bring to life the power of His word and cause you to want to draw nearer to His presence. He loves you!

Last Sunday was our annual Volunteer Weekend. It is the time when we invite our members to take part in the various ministries of the church including being part of a small group. My message is taken out of 1Corinthians where Paul explains how the church is the Body of Christ and that although it has many parts it is one body. It speaks of the character of the Church of being His community on earth. It also deals with what it takes to see it form. Towards the end of the message I make a call to action and emphasize the importance of our motive for why we do what we do. May this message move you to find your place in the Body of Christ and enjoy your position and role in it.

My very first message for 2013.
“Beyond Normal” will help you take 2013 to a whole ‘nother level. You might be saying, “what’s wrong with normalanyway?” Nothing really. Except that God created us to live beyond normal.
Jesus taught that in order to find our life we should lose it, that to be great we should be the servant of all, that in order to be first we should be the last and to be blessed means to be persecuted for the sake of righteousness. All that is beyond normal.
If you’re desire is to have a 2013 that is beyond normal this message is for you.
